Concerto Grosso n. 1 - NEW TROLLS (1971)

In the early 70s, also in Italy Progressive Rock was focused on mixing rock and classical music, there was aesthetic research for Rock as an art form. "Concerto Grosso n. 1" is a masterpiece born from the idea of the Argentine composer Luis Enríquez Bacalov: the intention was to entrust the solo parts to the band, who played together with the orchestra he was directing; all that brought New Trolls to their third album in 1971.
